Powerwashing, Striping and Sweeping Technician – Austin

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate company vehicles to job sites, including towing trailers as needed.
• Handle all aspects of commercial pressure washing, sweeping, and striping, from setup to completion
• Ensure that all duties on the maintenance checklist are completed efficiently and timely.
• Load and unload equipment from work vehicles with care.
• Work independently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
• Photograph completed work and promptly send images to the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and effectively operate commercial pressure washers and power tools.

• Communicate effectively in English, including reading and understanding instructions

• Perform physical tasks such as twisting, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, and climbing ladders and stairs

• Good communication skills, especially within team settings

• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Provide a valid US driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

• Pass a background check and routine drug screening

• Demonstrated attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule. Nights, days, and weekends.
